Julie Starr is a strategic communications advisor and long-term thought partner to executive leaders and senior teams navigating complex, mission-driven environments.
With over 18 years of experience, Julie helps organizations clarify priorities, align narratives with strategy, and build communications structures that support credibility, governance, and stakeholder trust.
Her work spans industry groups, mission-driven organizations, and sustainability-focused initiatives operating across multi-stakeholder ecosystems. Julie is often engaged early and remains involved long-term, providing continuity, institutional memory, and experienced judgment as organizations evolve.

Julie holds a BA in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed IT studies at Southern Methodist University, bringing a systems-level perspective to communications, technology, and sustainability.

Sheffie Robinson, MBA, PSM, CWDP, PMP®
Sheffie Robinson brings over 20 years of experience in technology development and over 15 years in retail sales, marketing, and merchandising. Her career spans industries including wireless, specialty apparel, consumer packaged goods, electronics, and mass retail, where she has held leadership roles ranging from store-level associate to regional manager, overseeing nearly 800 employees across 200 locations in five states.
As a serial entrepreneur, software engineer, and sociologist, Sheffie specializes in leveraging technology to solve critical challenges, particularly in gender and racial equity. She is the CEO of Shamrck, an AI-driven platform that enhances workforce development through data mining and predictive analytics in career and technical education programs.
In addition to her leadership in technology, Sheffie is a skilled freelance web and logo designer working primarily with small to medium-sized businesses. Her capabilities include web hosting, SEO, content management, web marketing, social media development, and campaign management.
Sheffie’s dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion drives her mentorship of startups, where she supports underrepresented founders in product development, branding, and project management. Her efforts empower businesses to remain lean and focused as they scale.
