your business to represent and sticking with them. Yes, this will lose you some people, or stop them from using your business in the first place, but it will likely gain you so much more. For example, sustainability and climate change are important issues at the moment, and if you are working on becoming a more sustainable business, your customers will want to know about this.


Hire The Best Employees


At the end of the day, your business is only going to be as good as the people who work for you. Your business can only go so far if your employees are being lazy, and that’s what you need to keep in mind when you are choosing who will work for you. It’s tempting to just fill gaps sometimes when you need one filled, we know that it is, but for the sake of your business you should not be doing that.
Your business deserves more than half effort, and so do your customers.

You can easily get these made through any decent online print shop , and they’re usually pretty cheap to run off in small batches. Just a simple note that says thanks, maybe with a reminder to follow you online or a cheeky discount code for next time. It’s quick, thoughtful, and makes the whole order feel more finished. Customers notice that kind of detail, especially when everything else they buy online comes with zero personality. You don’t need a complicated design either. Just something clean with your logo, a message that sounds like you, and maybe a social handle. The point is to give them a reason to come back or remember your name without it feeling forced.
